Adventures in Doggieland....

okay, so hurley is still the cutest, sweetest, most darlin' dog ever (in my eyes at least), but he is making this a little difficult on brett and i! any sort of "normal" dog behavior, he is the opposite. it took him forever to warm up to his kong toys...and won't touch them if they don't have food on/in them. this wonderful bitter apple spray that 95% of dogs hate...hurley loves it. he would like it sprayed in his food as a sauce. serious?? he has eaten every corner on his blankets/towels that he sleeps on. also, all of his stuffed animal toys are losing they're limbs/tails. i know this isn't good for him b/c its fiber and fabric going through his little digestive system, but he won't stop! we bought this motorized squirrel that keeps his attention wonderfully but in 15mins he ripped the ear off of it!!!! geeeezzzzz. i think we're taking a trip to petsmart this weekend and buying PLASTIC toys. we'll see how that goes. in the meantime, i'm on poop patrol making sure he doesn't have any problems passing....this coming from the vet. ahhh, the joys of life in puppyland.

bummed i won't be in baton rouge this weekend for the florida game. but life/work/puppy calls and its just something i need to get accustomed to now that brett and i won't be 4 hours away like in houston. but mom is coming to visit at the end of this month and i'm excited! then a couple days for t-giving...but back for work on friday. and then xmas! can you believe this year is almost over!!?!?!??!!?!
