i don't know what made us do it...maybe we were debating what pickle brand was the best but we decided to pickle our own pickles. i follow enough blogs that i KNEW someone out there had experience so i bought some pickling "cukes" as they're called, a jar funnel, and we had everything else!
B loves all things hot so we're experimenting so he can make his own hotHotHOT pickles and i can have my dills.
let me tell you....DEEEELISH!!!!!!! we're working on our second batch. B calls them "asian style pickles" with sriracha sauce. we'll see.
